Academic Misconduct

Academic misconduct such as copying other people's work or not properly citing references is a serious offence in a place of higher learning and will be dealt with accordingly.

Normally this will involve discussion with the student, referral to the Head of School and where appropriate the award of a zero mark for the assessment.

In more serious cases of misconduct, the student will be awarded a fail in the course and/or their enrolment suspended for one or more semesters.

See the section on Academic Misconduct for further details.
